Overview

A residential tower with a view.

Iria is a serviced-apartment tower in Canning Garden, Ipoh — one of Fuze Development's earlier residential projects. The brief was a straightforward one: a residential tower that earns its height with what it gives back to residents at the top.

The result is a tower capped by an infinity pool, sky deck, and landscaped sundeck — a rooftop amenity floor that turns the building's elevation into an asset. Below, residential floors are organised around clean lift cores and generously sized balconies that pull light and air through each unit.
